Just like you saw on 1984. Children bossing you around on behalf of the government, getting their practice for when they're a bit older, and are wearing kevlar.
If, when and where you are stopped by one of these children, you don't file in a complaint for the use of TOTALITARIAN methods and child labour, you are guilty of compliance with your own demise.
